Important Notice

Students are required to maintain a minimum attendance rate of 80%. Failure to meet this requirement may result in expulsion from the program and could affect the validity of your student visa.

Acceptance letters will be issued within two weeks from the date of application. ED Visa must be applied for at a Royal Thai Embassy or Consulate outside Thailand. Before the initial ED Visa expires, the University will schedule an appointment with the Thai Immigration Bureau to process a 6-month visa extension. Prior to each subsequent expiry, the University will arrange another appointment for an additional 6-month extension. Students are required to submit their TM30 (Chiang Mai address) and 90-Day Report documents as part of the visa extension process.

A representative from the University will schedule an appointment with the Thai Immigration Bureau to convert your current visa to an initial 3-month Education (ED) Visa. Before this visa expires, the University will arrange an appointment to extend it for an additional 6 months. For each subsequent extension, the University will continue to schedule an appointment for another 6-month renewal. Students must submit their TM30 form (Chiang Mai address) and 90-Day Report documents as required for the visa extension process.
